Job Title: Rework Assembler – PCB Boards (Westminster CO)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Rework Assembler to join our electronics manufacturing team. This role focuses on the rework and repair of printed circuit board (PCB) assemblies to meet quality standards and customer specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience with soldering, component replacement, and interpreting technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform rework and repair of PCB assemblies including component removal, replacement, and soldering.

Inspect and troubleshoot defective boards using magnification tools, multimeters, and other diagnostic equipment.

Read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, and work instructions.

Operate hand tools and soldering equipment (including hot air rework stations and microscopes).

Maintain accurate records of rework performed and ensure traceability.

Collaborate with quality assurance and engineering teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and IPC standards for handling and assembly.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the rework process.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in electronics is a plus.

1–3 years of experience in PCB assembly or rework.

Proficient in soldering through-hole and surface mount components (SMT).

Familiarity with IPC-A-610 and IPC-7711/7721 standards preferred.

Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay:

$25-30/hr

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
