Design and deliver technical training programs tailored to transformer engineering teams. Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual sessions, workshops, and webinars. Develop blended learning experiences using digital tools, peer learning, and hands-on activities. Collaborate with engineering leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs. Continuously improve training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics. Align learning initiatives with business goals and foster a culture of growth. Create and maintain high-quality instructional materials and resources. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your Background
Bachelors degree in related field with proven training experience. Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in training environment. Hands-on knowledge of learning technologies, LMS platforms, and digital training content creation tools like Storyline, Rise360, Synthesia, Camtasia etc.. Demonstrated experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and training delivery, utilizing a variety of learning methodologies and tools. Excellent communication and facilitation skills, both in-person and virtual. Ability to travel around 10% as needed. More About Us
