Design and deliver technical training programs tailored to transformer engineering teams. Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual sessions, workshops, and webinars. Develop blended learning experiences using digital tools, peer learning, and hands-on activities. Collaborate with engineering leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs. Continuously improve training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics. Align learning initiatives with business goals and foster a culture of growth. Create and maintain high-quality instructional materials and resources. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your Background
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 5+ years of experience in training within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and transformer technologies. Proven skills in instructional design and curriculum development. Excellent communication and facilitation skills, both in-person and virtual. Ability to travel 10–25% as needed. More About Us
