Asset Management Depot Technician
This resource will perform imaging, technology asset logistics, IMAC (Windows 11/10), and general technology hardware IMAC operations at the Hyattsville, MD Depot.
The ideal candidate will have deskside support experience and general ServiceNow experience.
Prior experience working in a technology or PC depot within an asset management function is also key.
This person will work in the depot performing physical asset IMAC activities (PCs, printers, scanners, etc.), imaging, and logistics documentation in ServiceNow.

Role Priority #2 Site status reporting: Daily client support metrics (number of open tickets, priority levels) Managing and solving high-priority tickets daily General Deskside Support experience: Incidents - Software break/fix IMACs - Software installation, machine upgrades, etc. Refresh Supporting peripherals: scanners, ID card readers, barcode scanners, credit card readers, label printers, signature pads, microphones, RFID readers Experience with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office Deskside support experience in hospital environments a plus Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system Skills

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility for benefits depends on job classification and employment length.
