Admin VP Research Student

The Office of the Senior Vice President for Research and Economic Development is seeking students to assist in performing various administrative and clerical duties. Essential Functions Admit visitors/guests into suite Greet and assist visitors/guests Manage phone calls and walk-ins Sort and distribute mail Run errands on campus Data entry (if needed) Keep inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed Submit facilities work order requests for office Assist with meetings; securing catering, room reservations, room setup, preparing name tags/tents, etc. Other duties as assigned Why Work at Auburn?
