Job Title: Front Desk Agent / Guest Service Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent / Guest Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently and accurately
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities
- Process reservations and maintain accurate records in the hotel management system
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist with billing and payment processing
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems and hotel management software
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
