UHNW family is looking for a Personal Assistant to manage their busy household. This role is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic family. In this role, you will coordinate family schedules, manage travel arrangements, oversee property maintenance projects, supervise household staff and vendors (5-10 people), handle inventory management, and plan events. Someone who is highly organized with exceptional project management skills, capable of prioritizing competing demands while maintaining calm under pressure. Spanish language proficiency strongly preferred with experience in high-end hospitality or UHNW household management. This is a primarily onsite role at their residence in Aspen with some occasional evening/weekend availability for special events and potential travel to other residences in Austin. 150-180K+ DOE + benefits stipend, discretionary bonus, and flexible PTO.

Responsibilities:

Oversee family and household calendars to align schedules. Organize personal and family travel, including meticulous planning of hotels, flights, car services, and travel documents, while remaining available to manage last-minute changes. Supervise household staff to ensure tasks are completed, create standard operating procedures (SOPs), and assist with hiring as needed. Handle day-to-day personal tasks, including errands, meal coordination, and wellness scheduling. Assist with household stock and inventory control, sourcing vendors, and managing relationships with service providers. Handle property management, including working with brokers to rent out properties and overseeing weekly vendor coordination, remodels, and construction projects. Plan and coordinate events such as private dinners, birthdays, and fundraisers while also managing family contacts, holiday cards, and personal gifting schedules. Work with the outsourced finance team to manage light bookkeeping, bill payments, and expense tracking to ensure all financial matters are organized, up to date, and accurately recorded. Remain responsive to time-sensitive phone and email requests, including evenings and weekends when required Collaborate effectively and respectfully with family members, household staff, and personal contacts. Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, supporting a private family or UHNWI. Proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred. Highly receptive to feedback and committed to continuous personal and professional growth. Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to identify needs ahead of time and take full ownership of tasks. Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to stay positive and adaptable under changing priorities. Resilient when handling mistakes, with the ability to learn quickly and move forward effectively. Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and pride in maintaining high standards. Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion when managing private matters. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
