RESPONSIBILITIES: Strategically prospect target clients & identify key decision makers for Managed IT Services, Cybersecurity, and IT Projects Manage a team of Solutions Analysts, BDRs, and Regional Team Leaders Drive CRM usage and uphold territory alignment to support sales goals Conduct weekly 1-on-1 meetings with direct reports Communicate performance updates and concerns to Sales Leadership Foster a positive, high-morale team environment Recruit and interview sales candidates using companys hiring process Maintain and share accurate sales forecasts with leadership Participate in ride-alongs with Solutions Analysts Help coordinate and publish monthly team meeting calendar Support onboarding and training for new hires as needed Reinforce adherence to the companys sales process Represent company values and competitive advantages Achieve or exceed team and individual sales targets Recommend performance plans, promotions, or terminations Coach underperformers through performance improvement plans REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 3-5+ years of Successful Outbound Sales with 1-2+ years in Sales Leadership (preferred) Proficient in sales techniques, pipeline management, and quota achievement Experienced in developing and executing sales plans Skilled in conflict resolution and negotiation Thrives in fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards Able to work both independently and as part of a team Customer-focused with a professional and positive attitude Strong organizational and time management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities Takes ownership of tasks and delivers results with minimal supervision Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Confident presenter with strong public speaking skills Technically savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office and related tools Bachelors Degree preferred; or relevant work experience in outside sales, and/or IT solutions Seniority level
