Position Summary Information

Job Description Summary:

Deliver first-level help desk support for all UTS-supported systems. Assist students, faculty, and staff with issues related to Villanova technology and systems. Diagnose and resolve computer-related problems. Record support requests using the TeamDynamix (TDX) ticketing system. Requirements:

Enrollment as a graduate student at Villanova University with 1 year of previous relevant experience or relevant coursework. Willingness to complete necessary training and certifications. Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills. Must be a current graduate student at Villanova University. Basic technical knowledge to support IT infrastructure (e.g., troubleshooting hardware/software, understanding of operating systems). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service experience.

Additional Information:

Summer, Fall, and Spring position. * Technology Support Services will provide ALL training.
