Job Description Summary This position involves coordinating marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. Responsibilities include leasing activities, resident satisfaction, and lease renewals. Essential Responsibilities Conduct sales and leasing activities to meet community goals, including greeting prospects, tours, application processing, and lease signing. Inspect apartments before move-in, ensuring readiness and coordinating repairs. Stay informed on market conditions, develop marketing plans, and implement community-specific programs. Create marketing activities to attract traffic, including referral programs and online marketing. Use property management software to track availability, traffic, and resident data. Maintain show units and community standards, ensuring appeal and readiness. Follow up with prospects and residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize leasing or renewal decisions. Support lease renewal activities, including preparing renewal packages and contacting residents. Respond promptly to resident and owner concerns, addressing issues or forwarding requests. Licenses and Certifications Must have all required licenses and certifications per jurisdiction. Valid drivers license required to operate golf carts on property. Physical Demands Stand, walk, sit for extended periods, and perform physical tasks like bending, climbing, reaching, and carrying objects up to 25 pounds (50 with assistance). Work outdoors in all weather conditions. Travel may be required for training, meetings, or support. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The hourly rate is $20 - $24, with potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits including health insurance, paid time off, housing discounts, 401(k), parental leave, and more.
