About the Opportunity:
Onsite: Pensacola, FL Shift: Monday-Friday Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (local time) Hours: 40 per week Setting: Corporate office environment Responsibilities: The Desktop Support Technician will be responsible for:
Providing desktop support for end-users, including hardware, software, and peripherals Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows 11 operating systems Setting up and maintaining laptops, desktops, printers, and related equipment Assisting with basic networking issues (LAN/WAN, connectivity, VPN) Delivering outstanding customer service to resolve technical issues in a timely manner Qualifications:
Experience working independently and collaboratively in a team environment Strong customer service and communication skills Hands-on experience with hardware/equipment setup and support Windows 11 OS troubleshooting and support experience Basic networking knowledge Desired Skills:
Security+ certification, IT-related degree, or equivalent professional experience Printer server management experience ServiceNow ticketing system experience Office 365 and Microsoft Teams support experience
