Marketing and Sales Event Manager

Cutera, Inc. Position Summary:
Support the North America commercial and marketing team in the execution of strategic marketing events, tradeshows, and in-person and digital experiences to fuel rapid growth across the region. The main responsibilities are working with the marketing team to build brand awareness and exposure, helping drive lead generation and event registration for sales teams, planning and executing conferences, sales-based events, and tradeshows, help to execute digital facing events like webinars and digital seminars and sourcing and managing event locations while working with key opinion leaders and partner event vendors. The ideal candidate is both process and detail-minded, enabling them to successfully take on a variety of tasks opposing deadlines. Duties & Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute national and regional events, including trade shows, clinical education workshops, user conferences, and customer focused events. Partner with internal stakeholders to define event objectives, target audiences, and success metrics. Manage all event logistics, including venue selection, contract negotiations, travel, catering, AV, and production. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts, promotional campaigns, and event branding that align with Cuteras strategic goals. Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, venues, and production partners. Track and manage event budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and ROI. Oversee inventory and shipment of event materials, displays, and demo equipment. Work closely with sales to ensure alignment on lead capture, follow-up strategies, and regional event support. Partner with clinical teams to coordinate speaker schedules, live demonstrations, and hands-on training sessions. Support corporate leadership with strategic VIP and media events to strengthen industry relationships. Serve as the primary onsite contact during events, ensuring flawless execution and brand consistency. Manage setup, breakdown, and real-time troubleshooting during events. Conduct post-event analysis, capturing key learnings, attendee feedback, and ROI metrics to optimize future events. Qualifications Minimum Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum of 5+ years' experience in a marketing or events function A background in medical devices and/or in Aesthetic sales is highly preferred Strong analytical thinking skills Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously Proven vendor management and budget oversight experience Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and interpersonal skills The ability to work collaboratively and independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is essential Travel at least 2-3 times a month Seniority level
