Overview
We are seeking a skilled
Onsite Support Technician
with strong hands-on experience in
Windows 11 deployment, configuration, and support . The ideal candidate will assist end users with device setup, troubleshooting, software installations, and operating system issues. This is a fully onsite role requiring excellent customer service and technical support skills. Responsibilities
Provide Level 2 support for
Windows 11 desktops and laptops Install, configure, and troubleshoot
Windows 11 OS , drivers, and applications Assist with
migration from Windows 10 to Windows 11 , including data backup and restore Support
hardware issues , including printers, docking stations, monitors, and peripherals Manage
user accounts, permissions, and access rights
via Active Directory Assist with
SCCM/Intune
imaging and deployment tasks Provide
technical support for Office 365, VPN, and collaboration tools Maintain and update
ticketing systems
(e.g., ServiceNow) with resolution details Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures Collaborate with other IT teams for escalation and problem resolution Required Skills
Experience in
desktop or IT support
roles Strong knowledge of
Windows 11 features, settings, and troubleshooting tools Experience with
Windows deployment tools
(e.g., SCCM, Intune, MDT) Familiarity with
Active Directory, Group Policy, and Exchange Working knowledge of
Office 365, VPN, and remote access tools Hands-on experience with
end-user hardware support Experience with
ticketing systems
like ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in a
fast-paced onsite environment Nice-to-Have Skills
Windows 11 certification (MD-100 or MD-101) Experience supporting
remote users or hybrid setups Scripting knowledge (PowerShell or batch scripting) Seniority level
