Our client is seeking an Instructional Designer III with strong UX design skills to join the AIR Network Training (ANT) team. This team builds scalable and innovative learning products that support our client's Tier 1 associates and operations leaders. In this role, youll partner with software engineers and technical teams to design and deliver impactful training solutions. Youll leverage tools like Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Animate to create engaging e-learning, animations, and interactive content. What Youll Do Design and develop interactive learning experiences using Articulate Storyline 360 and Adobe Creative Suite Build both instructor-led and self-paced training with compelling visuals Conduct needs analyses to define learning objectives and create engaging content Interpret data and feedback to adjust content design Develop clear, concise documentation for instructional design and UX processes Collaborate with stakeholders to align on learning objectives and solutions Manage project tasks, milestones, and updates in project management platforms Create animations, illustrations, and other visual assets for training content Ensure accessibility, scalability, and consistency across learning products
What Were Looking For Must-Haves
Bachelors degree in instructional technology, educational technology, graphic design, or related fields 3+ years of instructional design or UX design experience Advanced proficiency with Articulate Storyline (3+ years) Strong portfolio showcasing e-learning, visual design, and animations Expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Animate Experience building self-paced curriculum, job aids, assessments, and tutorials Strong project management, organization, and communication skills
Preferred
Previous Amazon or large enterprise experience Experience with accessibility standards and inclusive design principles Familiarity with user research and usability testing
