Instructional Designer III

Pay rate range: $60/hr. to $63/hr. on W2 Must Have ARTICULATE STORYLINE / RISE - 5 yrs Recently worked with the software - within 1yr Asset Design (must have and provide examples of work) Required : Bachelor's Degree in instructional technology, educational technology, organizational development, graphic design, visual communication, or related fields At least 3+ years of work experience in instructional design or UX design 3+ years of advanced experience with Articulate Storyline Experience developing self-paced eLearning curriculum, storyboards, job aids, online tutorials, and assessments Strong portfolio showcasing a range of visual design projects, including animation Expertise in industry-standard design tools, specifically Adobe Illustrator and Animate Ability to absorb complex information efficiently and explain complex ideas simply to non-experts Capable of managing multi-channel tasks, adjusting priorities as needed Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) Preferred : Coding skills experience developing websites, apps, or other digital products using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, etc. Industry certifications in instructional design, curriculum development, performance improvement, project management, or content-specific certifications (CPLP, CPT, etc.) Project management experience, including planning, managing details, and delivering results Excellent group facilitation and content delivery skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities Ability to influence and partner across organizational levels Experience with style guides or design systems Familiarity with learning or instructional design (for UX designers) Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles Experience with user research and testing Degree or Certification : Bachelor's required KPI : Quality of work, Timeliness, Responsiveness Leadership Principles : Ownership, Deliver Results, Bias for Action Job Description Seeking tech-savvy professionals proficient in Articulate Storyline and design tools like Adobe Illustrator and Animate. Comfortable partnering with software engineers and technical teams to deliver integrated learning solutions. The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle and may need to travel quarterly. Key Responsibilities Develop learning content with IDs and UX designers using Articulate Storyline 360 and Adobe Creative Suite Create instructor-led and self-paced trainings with compelling visuals Identify learning objectives through needs analysis and create engaging content Interpret data trends to refine content and design Document ID and UX processes clearly Engage stakeholders to understand learning goals and propose solutions Manage project tasks and milestones Provide monthly updates on progress Create animations and illustrations for instructional use Follow and contribute to design systems for consistency Optimize designs for various devices
