We seek enthusiastic, dedicated individuals to join as Ambassadors and play a vital role in our team. What You Will Do Lead and inspire a team of ambassadors to deliver exceptional guest service Model a positive attitude, high energy, and commitment to quality Ensure a safe environment for team members, guests, and animals Develop training, provide feedback, and coach ambassadors Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures Maintain cleanliness and conduct quality inspections Manage inventory and supplies Conduct safety checks and respond to emergencies Communicate effectively across departments Complete reports and update leadership on project statuses
Qualifications
Minimum 18 years old Availability during peak and off-peak seasons, including weekends and holidays CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain Ability to climb stairs/ladders and operate equipment Comfortable working in various weather conditions and around noise, fumes, and dust Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs Excellent communication and organizational skills Valid drivers license preferred Experience in mechanical ride operation is a plus

Critical thinking, troubleshooting, and time management Ability to speak in front of groups and interact positively with diverse individuals
