$145,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr A Financial Services firm based in New York City is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as a FP&A Manager. Responsibilities: Act as a finance partner to business units, delivering insights to support decision-making. Collaborate with leaders on budgeting, forecasting, and performance management. Translate financial data into actionable strategies to improve results. Consolidate financial results across entities for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting. Prepare management reports and dashboards with key metrics and variance analysis. Ensure reporting accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. Oversee P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow analysis. Perform variance analysis against budget, forecast, and prior year. Support liquidity planning and optimize working capital. Lead or support annual budgets and rolling forecasts. Develop financial models for scenario analysis and strategic planning. Perform other duties, as needed. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5 to 10 years of relevant FP&A experience. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail Continuous improvement mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process enhancement Prior experience in accounting is a plus.
