Marketing CoordinatorPreti Flaherty, one of New England's leading law firms, seeks a dynamic and highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Department. This individual will assist the Marketing team in executing marketing, business development, and communications initiatives to enhance to firm's visibility and client engagement.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Assist with events, including venue selection, production and distribution of invitations, tracing event information and RSVPs, nametag preparation, and preparation of conference materials.Assist in the production, editing, and distribution of newsletters, press releases, attorney biographies, web content, printed materials, client updates, and other client communications.Production, editing, and distribution of newsletters, press releases, attorney biographies, web content, printed materials, client updates, and other client communications.Coordinating responses to marketing surveys, directories, and nominationsAssist with the administration of sponsorships and memberships, related advertisements, profiles, and payments.Administration of firm social media accountsGeneral support for a variety of short and long-term projectsSkills & CompetenciesOutstanding interpersonal and communication skillsCommunicates clearly and professionally in both an oral and written manner.Possesses a superb attention to detail, strong research and writing ability, and a high level of problem-solving skills.Strong client service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a larger team.Demonstrates excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize time-sensitive work.Education and Experience RequiredBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferredHigh proficiency in Microsoft OfficeExperience in a law firm or other professional services firm not required but preferred.
