Job Description Summary: We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to manage litigation from intake through trial. This role is ideal for a Virginia-licensed attorney with at least three years of successful personal injury experience, including trial work in both General District and Circuit Courts. The attorney will play a key role in advocating for injured clients, ensuring they receive justice and fair compensation, while working alongside a supportive team of legal professionals.
What You'll Do: Handle personal injury case files independently from start to finish. Conduct legal research and analyze case law, liability, and damages. Collect and review insurance policies, medical records, expenses, and other evidence. Draft, review, and modify pleadings, motions, discovery responses, subpoenas, and demand packages. Interview and prepare clients, witnesses, experts, and medical providers for depositions and testimony. Provide legal advice to prospective clients on the viability of claims and strategy. Experience You'll Need:
Juris Doctor (JD) and active license to practice law in Virginia. Minimum of 3 years' personal injury litigation experience. Trial experience in Virginia General District and Circuit Courts. Proven ability to manage full case lifecycle, from intake through trial. Strong drafting, negotiation, and litigation skills. Our client asked me to submit 3 great people within the next few days.
