Legal Intake Receptionist Pay Rate:
$18-20/hr (based on experience) Location:
Downtown Indianapolis Job Duties:
Answer incoming calls and greet walk-in clients with professionalism and empathy Handle receptionist responsibilities such as scheduling, mail sorting, and administrative support Assist with client intake, including gathering documentation and information Coordinate follow-ups and maintain accurate client records Learn to assess case viability through training on legal intake procedures Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate compassion when working with clients Take initiative and provide proactive support to the team Requirements:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Previous receptionist or administrative experience required; sales experience a plus Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills Professional, empathetic, and personable demeanor Self-motivated, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality Must pass a 7-year background check (no drug test required) Why You Should Apply:
