Level 2 Desktop Support Technician

to join their team

in New Bedford, MA. The ideal candidate must have reliable transportation and a valid license to support end users at a close client location. Duties and Responsibilities: Provides PC hardware and software troubleshooting, imaging, hardware repair, IMAC tasks Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and peripherals Documents, maintains, upgrades, or replaces hardware and software systems Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security, and systems groups Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed Resolves network connection issues, tracks network connections back to network switches Escalates problems and issues to higher support levels if unable to resolve Works professionally and communicates effectively with customers and colleagues Interacts with customers, responding to routine technical questions or requests for information Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 3 to 6+ years of experience supporting PC hardware and software Ability to confidently and safely lift up to 50 lbs Ability to navigate between buildings and the production floor to support users Hardware repair experience Windows 11 experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable providing hands-on support for Server and Network (a plus) Experience supporting mobile data plans, networks, and devices (a plus) ServiceNow experience (a plus) CompTIA A+ is required but can be obtained within 90 days of hire Wage Range:

The hourly rate for this position is between

$21.00 - $30.80

per hour. Factors influencing starting pay include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications. Benefits:
