Key responsibilities include: Review submission information for new or renewal quotes Analyze submissions and select appropriate markets Determine coverage needs and develop proposals Review inspection recommendations and discrepancies Build relationships with agency and underwriter partners Respond to calls/requests regarding issues and provide resolutions Oversee endorsement requests, applications, forms, and certificates of insurance to carriers Monitor reports for consistency Potentially oversee technical staff and assist in training Develop personal sources of business (if applicable) Qualifications: 1+ years of insurance industry experience or 2-3 years in accounting, finance, or consulting Strong relationship-building skills both internally and externally Problem-solving mindset Excellent organizational skills and willingness to take on challenges High accuracy and attention to detail What we offer: Competitive salary based on experience Benefits starting from first day of employment Additional perks such as paternal leave, adoption assistance, travel reimbursement, retail discounts, scholarships for dependents, etc. Generous paid time off and holiday schedule Collaborative and educational work environment This description provides a general overview of the role and requirements.
