Overview:The ESPI Programs Division at EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is dedicated to delivering specialized insurance solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. By leveraging our deep industry knowledge and strong relationships with leading insurers, the ESPI Programs Division ensures that clients receive the highest level of service and the most effective insurance solutions available.As a Client Manager and team member, your primary mission will be to provide conscientious support to the clients and sales teams. Your strong professional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with your customer service oriented personality, will give you the tools necessary to lend support to your coworkers. Your pro-active nature, attention to detail and quality, and proven organizational skills, will provide the basis needed to initiate and work multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. A thorough understanding of MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint will be key as you maintain and initiate correspondence, manage projects, process documents and files, and assist with general office activities to ensure a smooth operation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Agent's Insurance licenseComprehensive knowledge of insurance industry standards, policies and procedures4-5 years experience specific to job dutiesWritten and verbal communication skillsNegotiation skillsPublic speaking skillsExcellent listening skillsCoaching and mentoring skillsIntermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft OfficePlanning, prioritization and organizational skillsStrong time management skills including ability to manage multiple prioritiesGoal oriented with the ability to meet deadlinesAbility to manage work from several sourcesAbility to delegate workSense of urgency in meeting client and producer expectationsAttention to detailsAttend mandatory internal training classesAttend two classes per year towards the achievement of CIC, ARM, CRM, CPCUEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Act as client advocate at all timesMaintain positive relationship and excellent communication with client and co-workersServe as primary contact for client and respond to client's needsAssure the accurate and efficient delivery of client servicesActively manage client expectationsMentor, Coach and train co-workersAllocate and delegate work as necessaryMaintain account information and document communication in agency management systemOversee File set-upPrepare folders/binders for specifications, proposal or policiesActively manage open activitiesRequest renewal information from clientSend applications to client for completionSelect markets in conjunction with producer(s) and Team LeadUpdate loss information and prepare summary for renewalsPrepare applications and specifications for marketing assigned accountsCreate submission letters to accompany specificationsAnalyze policy contracts for proposalNegotiate pricing and coveragePrepare and present proposal and summariesPrepare premium summary and comparison on renewalsCorrespond with Boards, Bureaus and other regulatory bodies (i.e. SPCB, DPR, DMV, PUC, WCIRB etc.)Oversee issuance of binders, invoices and renewal documentsCalculate premium breakdown for clients and provide spreadsheet as requestedReview insurance policies to ensure coverage is as orderedAnswer client questions and help solve coverage related problemsResponsible for marketing of new and renewal business on behalf of prospects and clientsAssist in the solicitation of new businessPerform contract/lease reviewOther duties as assignedSupervisory Responsibilities:Provide indirect leadership to Assistant Client ManagersThe national average salary for this role is $75,000 to $95,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits.
