The Regional Sales Manager shall act according to the instruction and authorities given by the Director of Sales, in line with the guidelines below:

Establish relationships with key accounts Identify, develop, and specify products Openly communicate amongst Sales Team Members, Product Line Management, Manufacturing, Operations as well as Account Managers Assist in the alignment of products, services, and operations to deliver on customer requirements and challenges Present a high level of technical understanding and aptitude of product lines Monitor bid and proposal activity to achieve conversion rate KPIs Complete regular and detailed sales reports as directed and required Maintain CRM records and activities Strategically enhance and support the territory sales representatives and distributors Coordinate and collaborate with end users, Agents/Representatives, Engineers, Architects, and others defined to write or enforce a specification Represent Ameron in bid clarification meetings Achieve key financial KPI's in the assigned territory
