We hire MBA interns within Merchandising into a number of areas. Some of these functions include: Merch Enablement: Business Solutions & Analytics: Pricing Strategy & Competitor Analysis: Supply Chain Optimization: MBA Interns in the Merchandising organization who receive a return full-time employment offer at the end of the summer internship are placed in the Merchandising Leadership Development Rotation Program upon graduation from business school. The Walmart US Merchandising Leadership Development Rotation Program is a rotational program for recent MBA graduates, focused on developing future Merchandising leaders. Through an individual rotational plan executed over the course of 3.5 to 5 years you will develop a robust understanding of Merchandising, resulting in cross-functional leadership experiences and career growth opportunities. MBA Summer Internship Basic Qualifications: Currently enrolled in an MBA program with a graduation date of December 2026 or Spring 2027 3-5+ years of industry or military work experience Permanent US work authorization at the time of internship application Respect the Individual: Demonstrates and encourages respect for all Builds strong and trusting relationships with team members and business partners Acts as an altruistic servant leader Act with Integrity: Maintains and promotes the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance Follows the law, our code of conduct and company policies Acts as an altruistic servant leader Serve our Customers and Members: Delivers expected business results while putting the customer first Adopts a holistic perspective that considers data analytics, customer insights, and different parts of the business Strive for Excellence: Consistently raises the bar and seeks to improve Seeks and implements continuous improvements At Walmart, we offer competitive pay and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet!
