We hire MBA interns within Merchandising into a number of areas. Some of these functions include: Merch Enablement: Business Solutions & Analytics: Pricing Strategy & Competitor Analysis: Supply Chain Optimization: MBA Interns in the Merchandising organization who receive a return full-time employment offer at the end of the summer internship are placed in the Merchandising Leadership Development Rotation Program upon graduation from business school. The Walmart US Merchandising Leadership Development Rotation Program is a rotational program for recent MBA graduates, focused on developing future Merchandising leaders. Through an individual rotational plan executed over the course of 3.5 to 5 years you will develop a robust understanding of Merchandising, resulting in cross-functional leadership experiences and career growth opportunities.
