- High school diploma or equivalent - Prior experience in customer service roles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and ability to multitask - Basic computer skills - Must be at least 21 years of age - Must have a valid driver's license for at least 3 consecutive years - Must have or be able to obtain a Texas driver's license - Must have a clean driving record Responsibilities
- Assist customers with the vehicle rental process - Manage rental paperwork and documentation - Address customer questions and concerns in a professional manner - Coordinate vehicle maintenance and cleaning schedules - Ensure a smooth and efficient vehicle rental experience for customers
