Responsibilities: Engage with customers to understand their structure and workflow to become a trusted advisor Drive complex implementations while working side by side with customers to meet their information protection security and compliance requirements Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure customer requirements are well understood and tracked Coordinate with multiple parties to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution to customer issues and completion of projects Develop and mentor other PCMS resources to help improve their technical knowledge, project management, and customer management skills Knowledge of data protection tools including Broadcom, Trellix, Forcepoint, and Microsoft (endpoint, email, and CASB) Define and document the best practice techniques, processes, templates, and architectures for use by the managed services team Leverage previous experiences, share best practices, and facilitate creative solutions to unique challenges maximizing the value of our information protection products Why Proofpoint?
