Compensation : 155,000 at plan Responsibilities : Always be consulting by providing your clients with your very best service and advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to facilitate a quick and easy closing process Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth Lead follow-up Close sales Follow the team plan Lead generation Sales mastery Database and CRM nurturing Qualifications : Great communication and social skills Top-notch time management skills and highly organized Technology driven Past sales experience is preferred Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth A real estate license is required Good communication Sales experience About Company The Carin Real Estate Network is rapidly expanding!
