Manufacturing Process Engineer
What Youll Do
Design, develop, and improve manufacturing processes for precision-engineered metal and thermoformed products
Support new product introductions by establishing workflows, tooling, and process documentation
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency, quality, and throughput while reducing waste and cost
Partner with design, operations, and quality teams to ensure products are manufacturable and compliant with standards
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with practical, sustainable solutions
Validate new processes, tooling, and equipment to ensure readiness for production
Create and maintain clear process documentation and train production teams as needed
Identify opportunities for automation, advanced technologies, and process upgrades to enhance manufacturing capability
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field
3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or process engineering (medical device or precision manufacturing experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies
Hands-on experience with CNC machining, metal forming, thermoforming, or similar manufacturing processes
Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory standards (ISO 13485, FDA a plus)
Proficiency in CAD software and ERP/MRP systems
Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
