Main Responsibilities:
Seeking a successful Senior Estimator / Project Manager to join our growing team! Prepare Detailed & Accurate Hard Bid Estimates for Multi-Family Developments including material costs, labor costs, and review of subcontractor scopes of works & bids. Analyze prints, specs and all owner docs to develop accurate cost estimates. Collaborate with Architects, Subcontractors, and Clients to ensure all needs are met Identify Rise Exposures, Value Engineering Opportunities, and Cost Cutting Measures during Pre-Construction Present & Submit Finalized Bids to Prospective Clients Play a crucial role in the Pre-Construction and may play a role in the Project Management Phases of our Multi-Family Development Projects. Provide Pre-Construction Services & Hard Bid Estimates to our clients. May allow you to manage the project from inception to completion as well. Qualifications:
5-10+ Years of Experience delivering Multi-Family bids on a National Scale, and would possess a work history with numerous winning bids & successfully managed projects 10+ Years of Multi-Family Estimating & Project Management is Preferred Bachelors Degree in Construction Mgmt, Engineering, or Architecture is preferred Must have a strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, & industry standards in various regions. Proficiency with Estimating Softwares such as ProCore, BlueBeam, and PlanSwift are preferred. Ability to Oversee Multi-Family Projects from Inception to Completion What we Offer:
