Role Overview

As the Head of Investor Relations, you will spearhead Redrob's capital market strategy in the U.S., build lasting relationships with top-tier VCs, and support the executive team as we prepare for our Series B and beyond. You'll represent Redrob in Silicon Valley and other key investment circles, shaping their investor narrative, facilitating due diligence, and ensuring Redrob is top-of-mind for every relevant partner in the space.

Responsibilities VC Relationship Building Cultivate and expand relationships with U.S.-based venture capital firms, especially in Silicon Valley Act as the day-to-day touchpoint for current and prospective investors Identify strategic capital partners aligned with our vision and sector Capital Strategy & Fundraising Support the CEO and leadership team on Series B fundraising strategy, materials, and execution Manage investor pipelines, lead tracking, and CRM hygiene Facilitate due diligence processes, data room preparation, and investor Q&A Investor Narrative Refine and co-author our investor materials (decks, memos, FAQs, market maps) Track key performance metrics and align internal storytelling to external market movements Represent Redrob at investor meetings, industry events, and portfolio founder circles Strategic Insight & Positioning Monitor capital market trends across AI, crypto, and B2B SaaS to shape our positioning Maintain pulse on competitive transactions and fundraising benchmarks Act as internal advisor on optimizing structure, valuation, and fundraising timing Requirements

2+ years of experience in venture capital, private equity, startup fundraising, or investment banking Deep understanding of the Silicon Valley venture ecosystem Experience working with or at fast-growing startups (Series A-C) Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with executive presence Proven ability to craft compelling narratives for investor audiences Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling confidential materials Bonus Points

Experience in AI, future of work, or data infrastructure spaces Existing relationships with top-tier institutional VCs Prior work in Investor Relations, Corporate Development, or Strategic Finance Track record of supporting multi-stage fundraising rounds
