3 days onsite, 2 days WFH Salary Range:
$100k-$130k Company Summary: This reputable MEP firm supports projects from conceptual design through construction closeout, ensuring systems are executed with precision and reliability. Position Summary: We are seeking a Contract Administrator to lead construction phase services for commercial MEP projects. The role includes reviewing submittals, managing RFIs and change orders, coordinating field observations, and performing project close-out. Candidates must have a strong understanding of contract documents and be comfortable navigating active job sites. Responsibilities: Manage RFIs, submittals, and punch list coordination Perform site visits and field observations Lead construction meetings and represent the owner as needed Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors Review and process change orders and project documentation Qualifications: 5+ years in contract administration or construction project management Familiarity with MEP systems and building construction practices Licensure or CSI accreditation preferred Proficient with documentation tools (Newforma preferred) Comfortable with regular site visits and occasional travel #J-18808-Ljbffr
