Looking for a highly motivated initiative-taker with a proven record of customer service and support. This person will ensure customer satisfaction and client retention by delivering timely, consistent, and quality service. Prepare quality submissions to carriers on behalf of clients or prospects. Review analyze and negotiate quotations received from carriers. Liaison with carriers on market updates, appetite, rating data. Utilize online rating systems. Prepare professional and accurate proposals for presentation to prospects. Prepare professional and accurate summaries for existing clients. Review new and endorsement policies for accuracy. Process Workers Comp premium audits and assist clients in disputes. Perform contract reviews concerning insurance requirements. Prepare and deliver timely binders and invoices upon binding coverage. Secure premium financing when needed. Follow up in a timely and professional manner with all clients, carriers, producers, and peers. Maintain and prioritize workload. Conduct monthly renewal meetings with the producer and others on the team. Maintain certifications, license requirements and assigned trainings. Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Manager. All facets of account service from policy changes, certificates to renewals.
Requirements
:
NJ Property & Casualty License (resident only), 3 years minimum in commercial, flexibility to adapt to organizational needs. TAM/EPIC experience a plus.
