Barista

We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused Barista to join our team and help create exceptional coffee experiences. The ideal candidate will be passionate about coffee and customer service, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and committed to delivering consistently high-quality beverages and service. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages to customer specifications Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other caf equipment Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations Take customer orders, handle cash and card transactions, and ensure accuracy Provide exceptional customer service, including answering questions and making recommendations Restock inventory, including coffee beans, milk, syrups, and bakery items Assist with opening and closing duties as needed Follow all company policies and procedures Qualifications: Previous experience in a caf or customer service role is preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Basic math and cash handling skills Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes or menu items Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods Able to lift up to 25 lbs Frequent reaching, bending, and handling of hot beverages and equipment
