Twin City Staffing is seeking a hands-on manufacturing engineer / production support engineer to join a growing team in Albertville, MN. This role combines design engineering, process development, and production support with a strong focus on continuous improvement. 6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Monday - Friday

manufacturing engineer / production support engineer:
Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to refine and optimize production processes Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce cycle times and increase throughput Support manufacturability, cost, and delivery improvements across departments Design tooling, jigs, and fixtures using SolidWorks Program and support CNC machining processes Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions Requirements of the process engineer:
2+ years of CAD/CAM system experience Proficiency in SolidWorks (CAMWorks experience is a plus) Solid understanding of CNC machining and metal fabrication processes Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred (equivalent experience considered) Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality craftsmanship
