Essential Functions
Supervise front desk staff, reservations, and bell staff as needed. Ensure all daily functions from checklists are completed. Greet guests, check them in and out, answer phones, and handle transactions. Manage guest complaints and inquiries. Make reservations, provide directions, and deliver items to rooms. Assist in training new hires. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager. Position Requirements
Minimum 2 years of front desk and reservation management experience. Experience with Opera software is strongly preferred. Ability to train, develop, and delegate tasks. Good communication, math skills, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to walk/stand for long periods and multitask effectively. Employment Details
Type: Full Time Pay Range: $18-20 per hour, depending on experience Benefits
