This is a full-time role for a Mortgage Loan Processor at Catalyst Mortgage. The Mortgage Loan Processor will be responsible for processing and loans in the Roseville, CA office with the option for some remote work. Day-to-day tasks include managing loan applications and pipeline, verifying documentation, and ensuring compliance with lending policies. Processor will work closely with customers, loan officers, and underwriters to deliver an industry-leading customer experience from start to finish. Qualifications
Mortgage Industry Experience Experience in Loan Processing Strong knowledge of varied loan types (Conv, FHA, VA, nonQM, 2nds) Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Good communication and customer service skills Proficiency with mortgage software systems (Encompass preferred) Relevant certifications or training in mortgage processing Organizational skills & systems to manage tasks/pipeline
