Job Description Summary: Territory Manager (Electronics)The role of the Electronics Territory Sales Manager is to maintain and generate business by calling on electronic component or semiconductor packaging businesses where our products and services have application, building relationships and closing business. Successful candidate will have high energy and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Job DescriptionEssential Responsibilities: Build strategic relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders, at all levels at new and existing customers via presentations, onsite visits & quarterly business callsLead generation and qualification through in-field activities, cold calls, targeted visitsPipeline growth to meet annual targets as directedResponsible for full sales cycle from opportunity identification through sales closure and support. Develop strategic account plans / business plans for assigned accounts.Ability to communicate effectively with internal & external technical teamsResearch & Support promotional efforts for Vibrantz Electronic Materials (Tradeshows, Technical Events, advertising, etc.)When applicable, lead sales projects to the closure of business including guiding Vibrantz's cross-functional teams to focus on high probability opportunities that provide sales revenueResponsible for accurately budgeting & forecasting of sales at assigned accounts on a quarterly basisPre-plan and execute quarterly sales activity and prospecting cadence through scheduled customer visitsStay up to date on economic & industry trends through customer interactions and outside sourcesPerform other related duties as assigned.Social Responsibilities: Maintain compliance with Vibrantz Code of Business Conduct, policies and procedures, management systems, and all applicable Environmental, Health, Safety other regulationsAct according to Vibrantz Values & BehaviorsServes as a role model / mentor to othersRequired Qualifications: AA, BS or BA Degree, or advanced technical degree preferred10+ years of experience in customer facing position (Sales, Technical Sales, Technical Service) with the following experience:Ability to lead, and work on, internal and external cross functional teams to close new business and service existing accountsBuild strategic relationships with customers at all levels within the organization to achieve / exceed desired business objectivesCommunicating value of product to customers in a variety of different markets and segments5+ years experience in electronic component or semiconductor packing industriesAbility to self-direct work schedule based on evolving changing environmentsAbility to use Microsoft suite of products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software, SAPAbility to work, communicate and influence in a consensus-based culture. Strong problem solving, good business acumen.Physical Demands:Physical requirements that may include lifting, standing or sitting for extended periods, unusual physical requirements or temperature extremes, etc.Travel Requirements: Travel within N. America 50% of the time.
