This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial consulting role with a boutique firm that partners with global corporates and private equity clients on transformative value creation initiatives. Location: Miami. Level: Manager. This role includes a strong annual bonus and benefits, in addition to base salary. Responsibilities
Support operations and transformation initiatives across client engagements Work on topics such as Operations Performance Improvement, Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain Optimization, and M&A Value Creation (ODD/PMI) Contribute to pricing, sales and marketing efforts as part of client value delivery Collaborate with global teams and potentially travel to client sites (domestic) Why Join

5+ years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm with relevant experience in Operations Performance Improvement, Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing or Procurement Experience as a Manager within a top-tier consulting firm Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Supply Chain or a quantitative/STEM-related discipline Willingness to travel regularly to client sites (domestic) Must have authorization to work in the US without sponsorship (Unable to sponsor H1-B) Collaborative, high-growth mindset with impact visible from day one Regret fully, due to a high volume of applicants, we are only able to reply to those who are successfully shortlisted.
