We have an outstanding opportunity for a Landscaping Sales Representative to join our growing team! We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding customer service to our high-end residential clients to create outdoor spaces that others envy and admire!Located in Troy, Michigan, our team of highly trained landscape professionals comes together to create an outstanding company culture! We serve Oakland County, and are a 20-minute commute from the Detroit area. Our sales position is fueled by a strong lead generation pipeline that allows for sales in design/build, maintenance, installation and enhancement sales. We offer a competitive compensation package that provides earning potential of $100,000- $110,000 (base + commission). We also offer health insurance plans, paid time off, a company vehicle and the opportunity to work with a driven team of highly motivated individuals.Requirements for the Landscaping Sales Representative: 3+ years of landscape sales experience including design/build projects, maintenance, enhancement and snow salesDemonstrated knowledge of plants and hardscape for high-end residential projects or other construction projectsBasic knowledge of materials and labor costsExcellent interpersonal communication skills, spoken and written, internally and externallyA valid driver's license and clear Motor Vehicle Report required Responsibilities of the Landscaping Sales Representative: Conducting client and prospect visits in order to sell company servicesPromoting the design/build, maintenance, enhancement, and snow programs offered by the companyMaintaining strong relationships with current and former clients for enhancement opportunitiesCompiling information gathered from meetingsConveying clients needs and goals to Designer based on scope of projectCoordinating with Designer & client for design/build projectsPreparing final proposal encompassing all detailsDiscussing proposal with clientClosing the saleIdentifying and developing new client relationshipsAttending networking events to develop new businessDeveloping strategic partner relationships to create an ongoing pipeline of referrals
