Our Landscaping Project Manager will play an essential role in the day-to-day leadership of our crew members. This is an ideal role for a tech-savvy Landscaping Project Manager with strong attention to detail, a passion for leading a team and the experience to deliver profitable landscape enhancement projects. We offer a stable, professional, collaborative work environment that values input and fosters growth. We provide a competitive compensation package including a base salary of $80,000 - $100,000, health insurance, a profit sharing program, a Simple IRA with a 4% company match, paid time off, and a company vehicle.Requirements for our Landscaping Project Manager:3+ years of experience leading landscape maintenance crews3+ years of project management experience with installation or enhancement projectsStrong knowledge of landscape design principles and plant knowledgeBilingual Spanish and English preferredExperience with landscape management software required, Aspire preferredStrong people leadership skills and a passion for creating a positive work environmentStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentPrimary Responsibilities for our Landscaping Project Manager:Create and monitor maintenance routes to ensure quality and efficiencyDeliver enhancement projects on time and within budgetCoach and develop 6-8 crews to achieve resultsDevelop project plans that cover timelines, budgets, and resourcesProcure materials and plants for all enhancement projectsOversee daily site operations to maintain quality control and ensure safety complianceCreate a culture of recognition and accountability for all team membersManage project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-effective solutionsIdentify challenges and provide effective solutions to keep projects on track
