plaintiff-side employment and business litigation . This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex legal matters while maintaining a balanced approach to work and life. Key Responsibilities: Handle diverse caseloads including wrongful termination, FEHA claims, abuse, PAGA, wage and hour disputes, and whistleblower claims Draft settlement and demand letters, complaints, and motions Prepare for depositions and trials Engage in class certification motions and class-wide settlements Participate in court proceedings Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in employment and business litigation Law firm experience Strong interpersonal skills for client and court interactions Willingness to learn and adapt to the firm's approach Compensation and Benefits: Salary range: $125,000 to $180,000, based on experience Discretionary and case-based bonuses available Comprehensive health coverage for employees Flexible PTO policy Firm Culture: Team-oriented, supportive environment Opportunities for growth as the firm expands Led by a well-respected litigator committed to professional excellence and work-life balance This role offers the chance to work on impactful cases while developing your skills in a supportive environment.
