Provide L1 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Troubleshoot Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and standard business applications. Manage and resolve incidents/service requests through ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.). Use Active Directory for password resets, account unlocks, and basic user/group administration. Assist with SCCM tasks such as software installation, patch deployment, and inventory checks. Support users with Outlook, Teams, and other collaboration tools. Perform basic hardware replacements (RAM, HDD/SSD, monitors, keyboards, etc.). Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams. Ensure compliance with IT security and company policies. Skills & Qualifications
02 years of IT support experience in EUC or Service Desk roles. Hands-on experience with Active Directory (user management, group policy basics). Familiarity with SCCM (software deployment, patching, reporting). Basic knowledge of networking (LAN/Wi-Fi, IP, DNS). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to support remote users through RDP or other remote tools. Seniority level
