Kelly is now hiring Forklift Operators in Carlisle, PA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a traditional warehousing environment, where you'll play a crucial part in ensuring efficient order fulfillment and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Shifts are available from Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat or Mon, Tue, Thurs, Fri 7:00am5:30pm or 6:00pm-4:30am. Pay is $17.75 for the first shift and $18.25 for the second shift. Roles And Responsibilities
Operate forklifts to move materials from receiving/storage areas to designated locations Read and interpret customer orders, work orders, and shipping documents Move items from bulk containers or racks according to predetermined sequences Scan materials and adhere to standard work instructions Assist with inventory counting and tracking of materials Carry out any other duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or GED Prior forklift certification is required Computer literate with experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexibly, including overtime and varying shifts Must be able to lift up to 25lbs regularly and occasionally lift up to 50lbs Detail-oriented with the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately Compliant with environmental, health, and safety standards As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
