The ideal candidate will have a background in sophisticated corporate transactions, including corporate formations, governance, mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and compliance, cross-border transactions and real estate matters such as acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing. This position involves advising clients on a broad range of corporate, securities, and real estate matters; structuring, drafting, and negotiating purchase agreements, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, leases, and other transactional documents; managing due diligence processes; overseeing closings; collaborating with partners and other team members to provide strategic legal counsel; and conducting legal research on transactional and regulatory issues. Qualifications
Candidates must have a J.D. from an accredited law school, admission to the Michigan Bar (or eligibility for admission), and strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills. Compensation and Benefits
