Transactional Associate Attorney

A law firm seeks a Transactional Associate to join its Bridgeport, CT office. This position is ideal for candidates with 1 to 4 years of experience in corporate and/or real estate law. The successful candidate will handle a range of transactional matters, including entity formations, mergers and acquisitions, contract drafting, commercial financing transactions, and real estate transactions. Admission to the Connecticut Bar is required. Duties Assist in the formation of business entities and support mergers and acquisitions. Draft and negotiate contracts and other legal documents related to commercial transactions. Manage real estate purchases, sales, and leasing agreements. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions. Conduct due diligence and prepare necessary documentation for transactions. Requirements 1 to 4 years of experience in corporate and/or real estate law. Admission to the Connecticut Bar. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Active license to practice law in Connecticut. Skills Proficient in legal research and drafting. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
