Specializing in multifamily, senior-living and industrial property development and acquisition, TLP delivers high-quality housing through strategic partnerships with municipalities, faith-based organizations, and institutional investors. As our portfolio expands, we are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented team member who embraces a workplace where everyone feels valued and inspired. Join our winning team co-founded by Pat Connaughton of the 2021 NBA Champion Milwaukee Bucks. Role Overview: This candidate will manage new and existing client relations and oversee each project from inception to completion. The main responsibilities will be to foster new relationships that build visibility, financial resources, drive development projects forward, and strengthen our place in the market. Your ability to influence business success by maintaining a goal-oriented mindset and thoughtful partnerships will lend you to be successful in this role. Responsibilities/Duties: Deep experience with financial modeling in Excel and other platforms, preferably across multiple asset classes, including multifamily (market rate), industrial, etc., for both development and acquisitions. Develop and execute long-term relationship management, followed by completion of all due diligence required to move a project from idea to design/approval to construction and completion. Work with general contractor and architect teams during the design phase to determine layout, materials, etc. to maximize return from a budget perspective while meeting zoning requirements. Ability to interface directly with and lead all stakeholders in a development (government officials, environmental, geotechnical, civil, architecture, landscaping, etc.) and be the face of the Company from inception to completion. Monitor and report regularly the progress of the projects development while working closely with all team members to ensure successful development for the Company and our investors. Deliver high-quality business networking and relationship building with future stakeholders and investors. Continue to seek out development opportunities to further grow the Company and present potential opportunities for approval. Collaborative working style with both the communities seeking to do business within as well as fellow TLP team members. Present vision + plans at all required Plan Commission and City Council meetings as required to obtain approvals. Complete additional tasks as assigned. Qualifications & Experience: Required: Bachelors degree in business administration, finance, or real estate (MBA preferred). 6+ years experience with financial modeling and real estate development. Proven track record with ground-up development and acquisition projects. Strong relationship-building skills with demonstrated experience cultivating long-term client partnerships. Adaptable in fast-paced environments and/or demanding situations. Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and political acumen for navigating complex stakeholder dynamics. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities for both short- and long-term planning. Maintains a high level of professionalism and discretion. Preferred additional experience with tax credit, public incentive awarded and financed projects (LIHTC, NMTC, HTC, TIF, and bond programs). Valid drivers license; occasional travel to project sites may be required. What We Offer: Comprehensive Benefits:
