Field Service Engineer
who is passionate about providing the best quality of service for our customers and helping them to solve problems. You will be facing customers directly and traveling to customers sites frequently. At our growing company based in the US, a can-do attitude is a must. If you are up to challenges and like a rewarding career, then you will likely be successful in this role. You will be working closely with the FAE team, Sales team, and Operations department to make the workflow seamless and ensure efficiency. Your Main Responsibilities Conduct site visits to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair EV chargers. Process, escalate tickets, track resolution status for customers. Track customers issue, provide customer support and serve as clients escalation point. Support executing FW manual test cases and other hardware/firmware development activities. Produce clear and concise request reports and communicate issues clearly with HQ personnel. Read system logs to better understand the hardware issues. Required Knowledge and Skills Good understanding of installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, electrical safety and equipment O&M. Required Education and Experience 2 years of education beyond high school in college or technical school. At least 1 year of work experience in EVSE/Solar/ESS O&M, automotive, construction, installation and network operation. Preferred Education and Experience Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, automation, mechanics, electronics or equivalent fields. 3 years of work experience in EVSE/Solar/ESS O&M, automotive, construction, installation and network operation. Physical Requirements Being able to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. Traveling Requirements 25%-50%.
