We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented
Senior Benefits & Payroll Analyst
to support the day-to-day administration of employee benefits and payroll functions. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a commitment to accuracy and exceptional internal customer service. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to Tier 1 employee inquiries related to benefit plans, eligibility, enrollment, and payroll. Support benefit administration activities including enrollments, changes, terminations, COBRA notifications, and vendor coordination. Assist in payroll processing, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and external regulations. Conduct audits on payroll and benefit data to identify and resolve discrepancies. Maintain and update HRIS and payroll systems to ensure accurate data integrity (Workday & ADP). Collaborate with HR, Finance, and third-party vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of payroll and benefit services. Prepare documentation for internal audits, compliance reviews, and reporting needs. Manage and execute benefits billing and reconciliation processes, ensuring timely payments and accuracy with internal payroll records. Monitor and stay current on relevant laws and regulations affecting payroll and benefits, supporting necessary updates. Assist with administration of immigration/global mobility employees, including visa tracking and relocation support. Handle benefit and payroll related orders such as wage garnishments and Qualified Domestic Relations Orders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline benefits and payroll administration, resolve discrepancies, and ensure policy compliance.
Minimum Requirements
Associates or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 3-5+ years of experience in benefits administration and/or payroll. Proficiency in HRIS/payroll systems and Microsoft Excel (ADP & Workday preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with a service-oriented mindset. Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines reliably.
