This is an excellent opportunity, to join a best-in-class alternative asset fund administrator at Managing Director level, delivering the highest quality of service to our clients. The role sits within the Investor Services function, reporting directly to the Global Head of Investor Services.

Investor Services offers a comprehensive range of back-office administration solutions, including compliance services such as AML/KYC, sanctions screening and other related regulatory support.

The Head of Investor Services - North America is responsible for overseeing daily operational processes, driving product development, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery to clients. This position combines leadership in operational excellence with strategic product management to support organizational growth and ensure compliance with multi-jurisdictional regulatory requirements, working closely with GEN II Europe counterparts as part of a cohesive global operating model.

Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities will include:

Operational Leadership Lead North America Investor Services, manage and optimize day-to-day operational service delivery. Oversee and enhance workflow processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Collaborate closely with GEN II Europe peers to design and implement a global operating model leveraging GEN II's international presence. Ensure billing is performed in a timely manner and in accordance with service agreements. Lead prospect (new business) meetings on behalf of Investor Services and collaborate closely with Business Development on fee proposals. Product Management Develop, refine, and implement Investor Services product and service enhancements based on market and client needs, leveraging the latest technologies. Collaborate with Technology and Client Services teams to ensure seamless integration of enhanced services. Monitor industry trends to identify and implement best practices and innovation Client Service Serve as a senior point of contact for key clients, addressing complex inquiries and resolving escalations. Ensure delivery of high-quality, timely, and accurate operational service delivery Strengthen client relationships through direct interaction as well as partnering with Client Services and Enterprise Relationship Management. Risk and Compliance

Ensure all operational processes adhere to applicable regulatory requirements and internal control policies and procedures.

Continuous Improvement and Development

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Investor Services professionals. Identify opportunities for automation and technology adoption to streamline operations. Lead or participate in cross-functional projects aimed at process improvement and operational excellence.

SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Highly motivated individual seeking to join a dynamic team working in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred 15+ years of experience in a senior management role, specifically within financial services or professional services requiring investor mindset and agility. Proven experience in designing and refining investor service delivery operating models and creating service improvement roadmaps. Extensive experience in fund administration, operations and product management. Strong knowledge of private equity fund structures, regulatory environment, and industry best practices. Demonstrated success in building and leading Investor Service teams. Experience in managing within a global organization with strong capabilities in planning, developing, and managing organizational goals and budgets. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

The salary range for this position is $200,000 - $240,000, in addition to a discretionary bonus, eligibility to be considered for the Gen II Incentive plan (LTIP). and a comprehensive benefits package. Please note that the actual salary offer within that range will depend on the candidate's experience level.

Work Arrangement

All applicants applying to Gen II Fund Services, LLC must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Please note that US employees are required to work a hybrid schedule, comprised of three (3) days a week in our New York office and two (2) days remotely.
